由於每年學額有限，所有報讀學員均需經過面試，通過後方能入學。
我們I.D.E.A.Q的課程，包括必修的「Communicating溝通藝術」、「Acting戲劇藝術」、「Dancing舞蹈藝術」及「Singing歌唱藝術」。每個藝術科目均有10個課堂，每課堂1小時20分鐘，整個課程為40課堂，為期3個月（逢周六、日上課）。課程也分為Elementary , Intermediate 及 Advanced 3個級別，所有學員必須由Elementary 開始報讀，考試合格後方可繼續往上報讀。
至於分班年齡組別（每班10人）， 我們將分為：
1） 8-12歲
2）13-17歲
3）18歳或以上
